How to Manage Time Between Study and Daily Activities
Time management is the key to success for students and professionals alike. Many people feel overwhelmed and stressed because they have too many things to do but feel they do not have enough time. The first step to manage time well is to create a priority list. Write down all your activities and separate them into four categories: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent or important. Always focus on the urgent and important tasks first, such as preparing for exams or finishing assignments.
Next, make a daily schedule or a to-do list. You can use a notebook or a digital calendar to plan your day. Allocate specific hours for studying, resting, eating, and helping with household chores. Be realistic when making your plan; do not make a schedule that is too tight and impossible to follow. One of the most important rules is to avoid procrastination. Do not delay work until tomorrow if you can finish it today. Also, learn to say "no" to activities that waste your time or do not help you grow. When you manage your time well, you will have enough time to study, enough time to rest, and enough time to enjoy your life.
